The Course will be run by West Norfolk Tai Chi Chuan. Aimed at beginners, students will gain a basic understanding of Tai Chi. Taking place on Thursday 7th February 2008, from 10am to 4pm, the training will be delivered by Glenn Belton, an Advanced Level Instructor, with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. No special clothing is required, just flat, secure shoes and loose clothing to allow easy balance and movement - track suit and trainers for example. We will practice Tai Chi in Brancaster Staithe Village Hall on the North Norfolk Coast; a large, pleasant and warm environment. At 1pm we will make our way to Deepdale Cafe, for lunch - just under 1/2 mile. Lunch is at student's own expense.

To book onto the Course, please contact West Norfolk Tai Chi Chuan. WNTCC will send you a Booking Form. Please fill in and return with a cheque for £40. This is full payment for the days Tai Chi Course - accommodation (if required)and lunch is not included within this price. On receipt of your booking form and cheque, WNTCC will send you a confirmation of booking. Places are limited, so please do not book accommodation until you have confirmed your booking onto the Course with WNTCC.
